This Umbro away kit was worn between March 2006 to June 2007, and featured in the 2006 World Cup Finals in Germany. It was only worn once during the tournament, against Sweden in the group stages which ended 2-2. England topped the group, but lost to Portugal on penalties in the quarter final.

I’m wearing #10, as worn by Michael Owen in the tournament, who made a total of 80 appearances for England, scoring 40 goals, and captaining the team 8 times. He also had a front row seat to Peter Crouch's robot celebration against Jamaica when they wore this kit. A classic celebration before Fortnite was a thing!

Today's schedule - Round of 16:
Spain v Russia
Croatia v Denmark

Most people will expect Spain and Croatia to progress, but with 2 giants being knocked out yesterday I wouldn't be suprised if either Russia or Denmark make it through to the quarter-finals.
