This Umbro away kit was worn between June 1984 to February 1988 and is the last red away kit I'll be wearing during this tournament. It was available for the 1986 Mexico World Cup Finals, and I’m wearing the World Cup Edition which was never actually worn in the tournament! It featured in the last warm-up match before the tournament; a 4-1 victory over the local side from Monterrey, Mexico, which was England's base for the first round of games.
I’m wearing #5, as worn by Alvin Martin who made 17 appearances as a defender for England.

England haven't got further than the quarter-finals since Italia 1990, when the team made it to the semi-finals. England should be going into this game with a lot of confidence off the back of winning a penalty shoot-out, but anything can happen in 90 minutes!
