10/25:
The first shirt of the Nike era, this home kit was worn between May 2013 to March 2014, and featured in the 2014 World Cup qualifiers. It was released with a commemorative logo underneath the emblem celebrating 150 years, from 1863 to 2013. During the 3 qualifiers England were unbeaten in this kit, scoring 10 goals in 3 games, only conceding 1 goal against Montenegro.
I’m wearing #4, as worn by Steven Gerrard during the preliminaries, who captained the team 6-times, and scored 2 goals whilst wearing this shirt.
Today's schedule:
Group G: Belgium v Tunisia
Group F: South Korea v Mexico
Group F: Germany v Sweden
After Germany's shocking loss against Mexico, a win is a must for them. But I'm sure Sweden won't be a walkover.
